Shipping costs depend on the destination and weight of the parcel. They are calculated at checkout, once you've added items to your cart and filled out your address.
We ensure all orders are tracked, so you can follow your Mist & Magic package’s journey from start to finish. Please note, tracking updates may take a few days to appear.
The site says you don't ship to my address ! Don’t worry, that could happen for a few different reasons. Reach out to us via email, and we’ll look into it.
We partner with national shipping services for all deliveries. Once your parcel arrives in your country, it’s handed over to your local postal service. You can use the same tracking number we provided to keep tabs on your package on your local carrier's website. This way, you can get updates in your language or see more details about your delivery!

After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation via the email address you supplied during checkout. Didn’t receive it? Please double-check your spam/junk folder and confirm your email address was entered correctly. If there's any issues, that's okay! Drop us a message and we'll figure it out.
Order Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind? No problem! Contact us ASAP; if your order hasn’t been dispatched, we can offer a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they’ve been shipped.
While we can’t guarantee delivery times, we’ll do everything we can to ensure your package reaches you safely. If you experience delays or have concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

How to return
Mist & Magic
For peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Keep any receipts or proof of postage until your return is finalized.
Please note that refunds are for the returned items only; initial and return shipping charges are non-refundable. If your return doesn’t arrive safely and in its original condition, we won’t be able to process the refund.
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please check your email, including spam or junk folders, for refund notifications.
We’re really sorry if something’s not quite right!
We can promise that the team does their best to quality control and inspect all items to the highest standard before they are sent. So whether you have received a faulty item or it has arrived broken due to courier mishandling, please email us with all the details and be sure to take thorough photos of the item and packaging. We’ll get it sorted ASAP. Thanks for being patient!
Always be sure to check your parcel and items as soon as they arrive. If anything’s damaged, snap some photos of the box and any damage notices from the delivery carrier.
Please report any issues within 7 days of delivery so we can look into it properly. Our customer service team is here to help so please provide them with your order number and as much detail as you can provide.
For missing items, check thoroughly inside the parcel and any sleeves or bags as we sometimes hide them to utilise the extra cushioning.

If your order hasn’t arrived, is missing, or the tracking info isn’t updating, pop us an email! We’ll dive into action and work with the courier to track down your package to get it on track or come up with a solution!
Remember to check your local carrier tracking via our international shipping tracking websites mentioned in the shipping section.
