Shipping Information

✶ HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • UK Orders: Typically delivered in 3-5 business days.
  • European Orders: Usually arrive within 5-15 business days.
  • International Orders: Can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks.

All orders are tracked, so you can follow your package's journey from our Scottish studio to your doorstep.

 

✶ WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS OR DUTIES?
  • For EU Orders: The price you pay at checkout includes all taxes and customs charges. There are no additional fees upon delivery.
  • Other International Orders: Your order might be subject to import duties or taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are unfortunately beyond our control. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

 

 Cancelling & Returns

✶ WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Changed your mind? No problem! Contact us ASAP; if your order hasn’t been dispatched, we can cancel it and offer a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they’ve been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

 

✶ WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PARCEL GOES MISSING?

Don’t panic—we’re here to help! If your order hasn’t arrived or the tracking information isn’t updating, please email us with your order details. We’ll work with the courier to investigate and either get your package back on track or find another solution.

Note: It’s important to ensure your shipping details are correct when placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete information.

 

✶ HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can start the returns process within 14 days of receiving your items. Here’s how:

  1. Send us a message with your order number, the items you're returning, and why you're returning them.
  2. Once approved, package your items carefully
  3. Label your parcel clearly and send to:

  4. Drop your return off at your local post office or a trusted courier. If you've got a tracking number, share it with us!

For peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Keep any receipts or proof of postage until your return is finalized.

Please note that refunds are for the returned items only; initial and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
